The short version
- Book on Booksy. Change or cancel free up to 4 hours before your appointment — inside 4 hours, the full price is charged.
- Show up on time. The appointment ends on schedule either way, so the next client starts on time.
- If the cut's not right, say so. Dom fixes it — and if it's still not right, the cut is free.
Who you're dealing with
Dom.Blendz ("the studio," "we") is a solo, appointment-only barber studio at 215 W Broadway, Suite D, Hobbs, NM 88240. These terms cover the use of domblendz.com and services booked through it. By booking an appointment or using this site, you're agreeing to them.
Booking
All appointments are booked through Booksy — no walk-ins, no phone bookings. A booking is confirmed when Booksy confirms it. Booksy is a separate service with its own terms, which also apply when you use it.
Cancellations, changes, and lateness
Plans change — up to 4 hours before your appointment, move it or cancel it in Booksy free. Inside 4 hours, the full service price is charged. A no-show counts as an inside-4-hours cancellation.
The schedule is tight on purpose: one chair, no double-booking, and on-time clients get every minute they paid for. If you arrive late, the appointment still ends at its scheduled time. Arrive late enough that the work can't be done right, and it's treated as an inside-4-hours cancellation.
Pricing and payment
Prices are listed on this site and on Booksy — the price shown when you book is the price. Promotions state their own end dates and don't stack. If this page and Booksy ever disagree, Booksy at the moment of booking is authoritative.
Payments and any saved cards are handled by Booksy and its payment processor; the studio never sees or stores card numbers. Tips are never expected or pressured.
The promise
As stated on the front page: if something's off, Dom will fix it. Still not right? The cut is free. The promise covers the work in the chair — flag it before you leave, or reach out right after at dom@domblendz.com. The sooner it's raised, the easier it is to make right.
In the chair
Every cut starts with a consult so the work fits you — that's also the moment to mention skin conditions, allergies, or sensitivities. Clients under 18 should be booked by a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms on their behalf.
It's a private studio and a one-man schedule. Treat the space and the time with respect and it'll be mutual. The studio may decline or end service where that breaks down, or where a service can't be performed safely.
This website
The content on domblendz.com — photos, video, copy, the logo — belongs to Dom.Blendz (client imagery is used with permission) and isn't licensed for reuse without written permission. Don't scrape, spoof, probe, or overload the site.
The site links out to services we don't control, like Booksy and Instagram — their content and terms are their own. The site is provided as-is: it's built to be fast and accurate, but uninterrupted availability and error-free content aren't guaranteed. Hours and pricing at the moment of booking live in Booksy.
Liability
To the fullest extent New Mexico law allows, the studio's total liability for any claim connected to a service or to this website is capped at the amount you paid for the appointment in question. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited. These terms are governed by the laws of New Mexico, and any dispute belongs to the courts of Lea County, NM.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the business evolves. The version on this page with the latest effective date is the one in force — booking after a change means the current version applies.
